First Birthday Dancing Queen!

Little Parker has grown into quite the character since we last saw her for her newborn photo session. Mom and grandma brought her for her first birthday shots – complete with a home-baked cupcake cake!  Parker is a first for a few things here at the studio: a first to actually get so excited and fired up that she did one more outfit after the cake smash…. most kids are not fans of the touch and taste of the frosting and the “hosing off” they get in the sink.  Not Miss Parker though, she was ready to go!  Parker was also the first baby we had to take the cake away from because she was literally double fisting  grandma’s yummy cake – don’t worry though, there was plenty on her hands, arms and even her toes to keep her busy for a while. The last first was when Parker decided to stand up, dripping with frosting, and do some dancing at the end of the cake smash, cuz – well if I had gotten to eat half a cake I’d probably want to dance too 🙂
