This age is the absolute best time for baby milestone portraits. The variety you can get during a session with a six or seven month old baby is fantastic. Younger babies are more limited on what they can physically do. Whereas older babies are more active and a little less interested in sitting still for photographs! So that’s why this age is such a sweet spot. Generally, for seven month baby portraits, we are able to capture these little ones sitting up, laying down on their tummies, holding up their little heads, and also laying on their backs, grabbing their cute little toes (our personal favorite shot)!
